There is a significant organisation behind the RFU comprising 330 employees across two permanent sites – Twickenham and Castlecroft, as well as Regional Development Officers working throughout England. The Rugby Stores have in total 31 points of sale (POS), 10 of which are mobile and used only on match days. The RFU’s goal is to improve customer service by minimising delays at the till thus improving customer satisfaction. To get the systems that would support their needs, the RFU selected K3 as their solution provider.
