A significant part of K3’s expertise comes from our extensive experience in the configuration and installation of Head Office and In-Store systems and understanding of industry requirements, such as PCI : DSS. Our consultancy service is delivered by first understanding our clients' specific requirements, through our acclaimed workshop process. We work closely with project managers throughout the various stages, which include:

Initial project planning

Server/desktop/EPOS image creation as per client directives

Installation engineer training on the image and scope of work

Initial ‘specific’ test site installations performed

Equipment off-site configuration

Site installation and sign off

Decommission old equipment and its removal

Site training

Inventory update and asset tagging
K3 will provide regular feedback to the client on the delivery of projects. This will be provided by the project manager who will manage the following process once acceptance of the installation schedule has been received. Our feedback and reporting covers:

Contacting the site manager to agree the installation date

Scheduling the engineer to the job

Confirming the scope of work with the assigned engineer

Confirming the site contact details and pass to the assigned engineer

Closely monitoring the job and ensuring the sign off process has been adhered to

Providing any exceptional feedback to client's project manager
