At K3 we operate a fully staffed helpdesk 364 days a year to support our retail clients. Our dedicated support staff are on hand to help customers identify and solve a wide range of issues. Our customers can rest assured that they are being looked after by specialists who have a wide range of knowledge across a variety of retail sectors.
The helpdesk supports retail hours and is made up of finance, IT, retail and business experts. We continuously train our staff ensuring their knowledge base is constantly being strengthened and developed to benefit our customers.
In addition to problem and change management services, we can provide an extensive range of reports which enable our customers to monitor their systems and support services. We also schedule regular reviews to discuss maintenance and improvements, helping businesses to move forward.
