The White Company, the leading multi-channel luxury home accessories retailer has commissioned K3, the UK's largest provider of Microsoft Dynamics to implement their retail solution.  This integrated multi-channel retail solution from K3 will meet The White Company's growing needs for accurate, timely information from users at head office, mail order, website and retail stores by using the same technology across the whole business.

 

Ian Rogers, Operations Director at The White Company said "The White Company has been growing successfully over the years. To ensure that this growth continues, one of the key enablers is a more sophisticated and integrated IT system. We wanted a solution that would provide the tools and automation needed to enable our employees to be more productive, allowing us to understand our customers changing needs and exceed their expectations with excellent customer service based upon a single source of information".

 

The White Company wanted a common technology platform from a single vendor with an excellent retail pedigree that was big enough to support their growth plans. Ideally they wanted to find a partner that could offer a stable, scalable and upgradeable application in which they had a significant R&D investment. The availability of skills in the market to support the solution was very important.

solution includes:

K3 Dynamics retail solution for product development, core merchandising, and finance

Multi Channel EPOS in the stores allowing for customer capture and service, pay and take and mail order. A new visual and easy to use call centre application providing the operators with all the sales and service from one system, The solution also includes tools for customer segmentation, email marketing and web analytics, an RF based warehouse with enhanced  functionality for home shopping, an extended BI solution to include multi channel customer centric analysis, an advanced  e- commerce solution allowing customers many cross channel features and a queue busting solution based upon BPAD mobile devices in the stores.
