In the Final Results announcement issued on 17 March 2009, K3 referred to a major new deal for the Retail Software Division being “at an advanced stage of negotiation”. The Group is pleased to confirm that this contract has now been signed.
The contract, with an initial value of £1.3m, is with an international retailer and covers the provision of K3’s integrated retail software solution, including multi-channel functionality. This contract win will help to underpin results for the current financial year ended 31 December 2009.
