As part of their continuing engagement with Microsoft, K3 has once again, secured their status as a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. To support the on-going focus on the Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV and CRM platforms that underpin their solutions for the Retail, Distribution and Beverage sectors, K3has worked hard to achieve accreditation in record time.
The re-accreditation process was considerably tougher this year as Microsoft had re-launched the programme and raised the standards partners must reach to qualify for the highest award. The new accreditation process required many hours of extra study and examinations for individuals involved in the sales and delivery of the Dynamics solutions, to ensure their experience matched Microsoft’s exacting standards.
It is believed the new standards will have an impact on the number of partners qualifying at the Gold standard and increase the value of accreditation to customers and partners like K3. Along with the new award, comes new branding for the Partner accreditation which spells out for customers the areas in which partners have qualified. K3 have focused their immediate efforts on achieving the Enterprise resource planning accreditation which covers all of the Microsoft Dynamics products including AX, NAV and CRM. Plans are already being made to repeat the accreditation process so that it reflects K3’s broad range of solutions and experience in delivering solutions to the business community.
K3 Retail and Business Solutions have also been recognised for their contribution to the retail sector with the award of the Retail Industry Badge.
Originally created to help Microsoft customers identify specialists in delivering solutions to the retail sector amongst the wider Microsoft partner eco-system, the award of the retail industry badge was made following a rigorous review of K3’s experience in the sector by research expert AMR Research.
Nigel Stephenson, Marketing Manager for K3 Retail, said “We’re particularly pleased to receive this recognition because it reflects the work we’ve done over many years to build a significant footprint in retail. We’re especially grateful to the many customers who helped by answering questions and supporting our application with AMR Research.
