Our NAV to Net solution makes it easier to share information between the store and your online sales channels. By completely integrating your systems you gain consistency of information across the store and net which can all be controlled through the back office. This means information regarding stock, pricing and promotions is consistent through all channels – so the customer experience at the POS is the same as experience online.

 

This integration also allows customers to switch between channels. For example, should a customer buy an item online, the in store sales staff can see that order history and make recommendations when the customer next visits the store. Items can be reserved online and picked up in store, and customers can add to orders freely.

 

Should an item be ordered through mail order, information will be stored so when the customer goes online or in store they, as well as the sales staff, have a complete view of the order history. Orders can be exchanged, returned or picked up through any channel.
