Born and raised in Liverpool Neil started his working life in British Aerospace, after 4 years he moved in IT Sales for a small North West Company who specialized in CAD. After spending 13 years there he took a career break and volunteered in Animal Rehab Centres in different parts of the world. He has worked extensively in Africa with many different animals but his specialty is Primates.
Upon return he worked for a company who provide EPOS and Stock Control Systems to high street fashion stores. Since joining K3 in 2008, Neil has become an integral part of the Account Management team.

Tim trained to become an accountant but moved into IT Sales. He has some 7 years experience in the Retail sector, but has been in IT Sales and Accountant Management for over 25 years. His background doesn't just encompass ERP application software from SAP and J D Edwards, but also Virtualisation Technologies and hardware.
When not visiting clients or in the office he likes nothing more than enjoying cooking and reading if time permits.

Cat's role is to provide customers with an office based point of contact for Account Management. She is responsible for organising and controlling the change control process, as well as dealing with all Account Management resources. Cat comes from a good retail background having previously worked for Thomas Pink as a Store Manager where she was responsible for maximizing profitability of the store, as well as managing and training all staff.
Cat enjoys spending her free time with her friends and family, and going on Holiday to explore new places as often as possible.

Nicky has progressed through the company in a variety of roles ranging from financial consultant, Training Manager, Support Manager and now Business Solutions Manager. Nicky's latest role is to ensure customers' systems support their businesses and work processes. Besides receiving requests from customers, Nicky and her team conduct 'Day in the Life' visits, where they go on-site and look at the versions customers are operating and analyse their existing business processes and make recommendations.
A keen traveller, Nicky spends her quiet time in hometown Portsmouth, where she enjoys playing tennis & cooking.

Rama studied Electrical & Electronic Engineering at Imperial College, University Of London. Since he graduated from Imperial College, he has worked for Solution Centres.
Rama started working with Dynamics Nav in 1997. He was one of the earlier pioneers in implementing Dynamics Nav on SQL Server. Over the years, he has specialised in SQL Installation, Configuring Dynamics NAV to run on SQL Server, performance troubleshooting and SQL Tuning. Rama joined K3 in January 2004 and worked in many departments and projects. He currently works in the Account Management department mainly helping all our customers to achieve the most out of their systems.
Rama is a keen cricket fan, he plays cricket in Sunday league. Apart from cricket, Rama enjoys spending his free time gardening or indulging in his other hobby, photography.

Robin joined in 2001 as IT Manager but soon moved into a Developer / Consultancy role as the company grew. He is currently a Change Management Consultant within the Account Management Department. This gets Robin out and about meeting customers face to face which he says is his favourite part of the job.
In his younger years he was keen at Sports and played Rugby and Cricket to a reasonable level. Due to ongoing years and injuries those days have passed but he still enjoys the club socials where he has a keen interest in Real Ales and enjoys seeking out interesting samples.

Kieron has been working in the software market for 10 years. Initially joining a local software house on work experience, Kieron went on to become a senior IT technician. The first 2 years of this role were balanced with a day release college course resulting in a HNC in computing.
Kieron joined K3 in 2008 as a successful candidate of the K3 academy and now works as a Consultant\Developer within Account Management.
Kieron is 26 and enjoys travelling, his spare time is spent with friends, listening to all kinds of music and following Liverpool FC.

With a degree in Computer Science & Software Engineering from the University of Birmingham, Junaid started his software career as a support analyst with a large retailer, progressing to technical analyst and NAV Developer over 4 years. During the role he gained significant NAV experience in a busy retail environment, achieving full NAV Developer accredition.
Junaid joined K3 in 2008 to specialize in NAV development and is currently working in the Account Management team as a Developer Consultant evaluating Customer Change Controls.

Karen joined the department as Service Level Manager in October 2007. Her responsibilities include the management of SLA compliance.
Prior to this she spent five years managing the Account Management department, and has an overall 12 years experience of Dynamics.NAV implementations.
Prior to this, she has six years finance experience at management level, covering management, financial and stock accounting for John Lewis Department store, Kingston upon Thames.

Rosh joined K3 is 2002 as a Support Consultant and is now the Service Desk Manager. Prior to joining K3 Rosh worked for a Danish reseller, initially in sales and then moving to the technical team.
During her years working with Navision Rosh has developed keys skills in Finance, Retail, and EFT product and is ITIL Certified.
