Microsoft Dynamics Workflow Engine automates processes giving structure to those procedures and relieving the pressure of 'getting on top of the paperwork'. For businesses in danger of becoming bogged down with the multitude of processes that are required to keep their retail operations running; K3 are here to help.
The Workflow Engine can look at data entered into the system and reroute it to the appropriate recipient based on a set of criteria.
For example an absence request submitted on an Infopath form will be directly routed to the appropriate line manager. Authorisation from the manager will automatically be sent back to the person filing the request as well as the HR department.
Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Human Resource processes...the applications are limitless and all increase an organisation's efficiency and productivity, as time spent form filling and 'chasing paper', is reduced.
